Customers may be eligible for a return and exchange, partial or full store credit, partial or full refund at our discretion in the case that a product
(a) does not perform as discribed in the online listing (subject to our Products Policy);
(b) is not as shown in the images or descriptions for the product (subject to our Products Policy);
(c) Is damaged or defective due to manufacturing error;
(d) is damaged by the transport company who Boss First Aid sends the parcel with (subject to our Shipping Policy);
(e) is lost in transit by the transport company who Boss First Aid sends the parcel with (subject to our Shipping Policy).
Goods will need to be returned to be eligible for return and exchange, store credit or refund.
Returned goods must be in original and re-saleable condition to be eligable for return and exchange, store credit or refund.
If the returned goods are not in original and re-saleable condition, this will be reflected in the amount of the exchange, store credit or refund.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. Boss First Aid will always endevour to act within the framework of the ACCC and the trade practices act and act in the best interests of it'c customers.

Grievances, complaints & Issues
If the customer has a grievance, complaint or issue they should contact us via our contact us page and outline their issue. We will do our best to remedy the issue even if it is something whch is inside of our control. Within reason, we will always do our best to get a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
